The founding directors of Ambit have written, directed and produced media communications extensively for the nuclear industry in the areas of Training, Employee and Contractor Induction, PR, Marketing and Public Information.

Subject areas include Reprocessing, Decommissioning, Engineering, Nuclear Transport, Nuclear Fuel Manufacture, High/Intermediate/Low Level Waste, Environmental Protection, Energy Conservation, Principles of Nuclear Power, Theory of Reprocessing and many others.


They have more than ten years experience in creating interactive and linear training packages on subjects including Basic Safety on a Nuclear Licensed Site, Behavioural Safety, Safe Systems of Work, COSHH, Fire Safety, Working at Height and Emergency Procedures/Evacuations, Flexible Working and Performance Management.

Other productions include a flagship corporate communication for British Nuclear Fuels, two international PR films supporting maritime nuclear transportation, films for exhibitions and launches (including Thorp’s official opening), quarterly magazine programmes for employees and public information and educational films.

They have filmed at UK nuclear sites including Sellafield, Capenhurst, Springfields, Drigg, Dounreay and many UK power stations and at nuclear sites overseas in Japan, Korea, Europe and the USA.
